About this role
Willis Johnson Wealth is looking for a hands-on Business Systems Manager to lead our technology initiatives and process improvements, and to run our systems day to day. Working with the Managing Director of Operations, you’ll make our systems simpler, better connected and more reliable, so advisors and operations teams can stay focused on clients.
This role has no direct reports. You’ll manage our IT support partner and software vendors, and you’ll fix things yourself when they break. You’ll report to and partner with the Managing Director of Operations, who sets systems architecture and the technology roadmap. You’ll lead the initiatives that deliver it. Expect to start at about 30% of your time leading technology initiatives and process improvements and 70% running and supporting our systems day to day, with a target of 50/50 after your first year.
