About the role

As Product Marketing Manager, you will turn product strategy into clear positioning, effective launches, and measurable marketing activity for an assigned portfolio of automotive software products. You will report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager and independently drive day-to-day product marketing for your products, with strategic direction and coaching when needed.

You will work closely with Product, Sales, Performance Marketing, and Creative teams. Your work will help dealers understand the value of our products, give internal teams a consistent story to tell, and improve results using customer insight and performance data.

What you'll do

- Position assigned products. Develop and refine value propositions and messaging based on product capabilities, dealer needs, customer feedback, and competitive insight.

- Bring products and features to market. Build and execute launch plans for your products, coordinating the narrative, audience, timing, channels, and materials with partner teams.

- Activate ongoing campaigns. Plan product marketing initiatives that support acquisition, adoption, and retention. Brief Performance Marketing and Creative teams, contribute content, and coordinate activity across relevant channels.

- Equip Sales and dealer-facing teams. Create practical materials such as sales decks, one-pagers, product explanations, and training content. Gather feedback and improve materials based on how teams use them.

- Keep messaging consistent. Maintain current product marketing resources and apply shared messaging frameworks. Adapt materials for different audiences or markets in partnership with the relevant teams.

- Use insight to improve results. Track agreed product marketing measures, identify what is working, and recommend changes to messaging, launches, and campaigns.

- Drive your work forward. Manage priorities and stakeholders for your products, raise risks early, and keep the Senior PMM informed of progress, decisions, and results.

What you'll bring

- At least four years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology, or automotive software.

- Experience developing positioning and messaging, supporting go-to-market plans and launches, and creating sales enablement.

- The ability to independently take an assigned product marketing initiative from brief through execution and review.

- Strong writing and storytelling skills, including the ability to explain complex product features in terms of customer value.

- Experience working with Product, Sales, and marketing teams to turn plans into coordinated activity.

- Sound analytical judgment: you can use customer feedback and performance data to recommend practical improvements.

- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Excellent English communication skills. French is strongly preferred.

- Comfort using relevant tools, including AI tools, to support research, content development, or analysis.
