Do you thrive on building trucker networks and closing deals in a fast-moving operations room? If you bring sharp communication instincts, proactive phone energy, and quick-thinking operational grit—let’s talk! Allen Lund Company is looking for an energetic Carrier Sales Representative to source, negotiate, contract, and partner with motor carriers to move high-volume dry van, refrigerated, and flatbed freight nationwide.

What You’ll Focus On (Your Impact in Motion!):

Support branch operations by securing reliable equipment and maintaining rigorous dispatch and vetting standards. This seat demands independent initiative, decisive lane negotiation, and rapid-fire problem solving.

- Energetic, competitive mindset suited for high outbound call volume and fast-paced negotiation.
- Working familiarity with spot capacity procurement, load boards, equipment types, and FMCSA safety rules.
- Decisive problem-solving ability with a talent for de-escalating transit issues and detention delays.
- Exceptional attention to detail regarding rate confirmations, check-in data, and bill of lading requirements.
- Strong organizational skills to manage dozens of moving loads and driver updates simultaneously.

We look forward to growing our fleet network with you! Allen Lund Company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse, inclusive workplace.
