We are looking for a part-time concierge to join our wonderful front desk team to cover Saturdays 7:30am - 6:00pm for $23.00/hr . This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking for supplemental part-time work.
Our Receptionist/Concierge :
- Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
- Takes calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned
- Provides exceptional customer service to our team
- Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.
- Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.
- Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
- At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
- Current first aid/CPR certification or be willing to obtain
- Current WA State Food Handler's card or be willing to obtain
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Completion of DSHS background check including fingerprinting, 2-step TB Test also required.
