Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an energetic Purchasing Representative to join our dynamic manufacturing team and contribute to our success at our Hutchins , facility!

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

- Create and process purchase orders for materials and supplies
- Research, interview, and communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing and specifications
- Provide routine administrative support to the purchasing team
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information
- Follow established purchasing guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Work under supervision to support daily purchasing operations

Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

You Must Have:

- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in purchasing or office support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and established processes

We Would Also Prefer:

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or office environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
