About the Role
Lead the department to deliver safe, efficient and sustainable manufacturing performance. Drive operational excellence through process optimization, maintenance standards, cost management and continuous improvement, while developing team capabilities and ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality and Manufacturing Excellence standards.
What You Will Do
- Lead and optimize manufacturing processes using statistical and quality tools.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Maintenance and Manufacturing Excellence standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, process control and standarisation.
- Manage the department budget, resources and maintenance plans.
- Monitor KPIs and develop improvement actions to achieve business objectives.
- Support product, material and CAPEX projects.
- Coach and develop operational teams to achieve performance objectives.
- Ensure effective payroll and people management within the department.
Who You Ar e
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Automation & Control, Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Production Engineering or similar manufacturing roles.
- Experience in process design, optimization, automation and control.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAD/CAM and problem-solving methodologies.
- ## Language: Conversational English (required).
- Strong leadership, teamwork and analytical skills.
