We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager who shares this passion and is ready to lead from the front. You are a motivating, hands-on leader who elevates service standards, develops talent, and creates an environment where teams can learn, grow, and thrive.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of Front of House Food & Beverage operations while serving as Manager on Duty, including:

- Three-meal restaurant service
- In-room dining & Mini Bar
- Banquet and event operations

About you...
Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
