This position is based in our Richmond, British Columbia office, with a hybrid work arrangement combining remote and in-office work.

BGS Digital Services delivers software, data products and platform solutions that enable commercial aviation around the world. As the AI Development Manager, you will join a diverse, international team and -- with your leadership -- you will help deliver a generation of AI-enabled and intelligent solutions to global aviation.

- Lead and Develop People: Manage, coach and motivate employees and contractors across data science, AI engineering, data engineering and software development. Recruit talent and support professional growth.
