Description:
Are you a visionary Product Leader with a passion for transforming how organizations manage the entire lifecycle of their assets? Do you thrive on shaping strategy, driving innovation, and making a tangible impact in multiple segments across manufacturing, education, and government facilities? If so, we invite you to become the Product Director within our Asset & Maintenance (A&M) portfolio —a pivotal individual contributor role that offers you the autonomy and influence to act across a range of products.
In this high-impact, global position, you will be the strategic force behind our asset management software and AI-powered solutions tailored for asset lifecycle management. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from definition of the long-term vision and multi-year roadmap to ensuring successful execution and market adoption. This is an opportunity to drive one of our largest businesses into new tiers and geographies supporting the diverse needs of sophisticated asset-intensive organizations.

- Pricing and Packaging: Move beyond simple cost-plus pricing to value-based pricing and complex licensing models (e.g., transitioning from perpetual to subscription).
- Business Case Development: Build the financial justification for major investments, acquisitions, or pivots.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership
- Sales Enablement at Scale: Partnering with global sales leaders to ensure the sales force can effectively position the product's value proposition.
- Ecosystem and Channel Strategy: Understanding how to leverage partners, integrators, and marketplaces to expand reach without linear headcount growth.
- Customer Success Alignment: Ensuring the product strategy accounts for retention and expansion, not just initial acquisition.
Organizational Influence and Stakeholder Management
- Executive Presence: The ability to distill complex product challenges into business risks and opportunities for the C-suite or Board.
- Cross-functional Orchestration: Aligning Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance around a single "North Star" metric.
- Change Management: Leading the organization through transitions, such as adopting Agile at scale or shifting to a platform-centric model.
Data-Driven Governance
- KPI & OKR Frameworks: Defining the metrics that actually move the business (e.g., Net Revenue Retention, LTV/CAC) rather than just tracking feature velocity.
- Operational Excellence: Implementing the "Product Ops" necessary to keep a large organization running smoothly without constant manual intervention.
Leadership & Operating Behaviors (What Great Looks Like)
- Integrity & Ethical Judgment
- Problem Framing, Critical Thinking & Judgment
- Impact-Oriented Delivery

- Demonstrable experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams from concept through successful delivery, without direct managerial authority. You can align diverse groups towards a common product vision.
- Communicates clearly, concisely, and proactively; surfaces risks early, navigates difficult conversations with candor and tact, and adapts complex information for different audiences.
