Audi Wilsonville, a dealership part of the O'Brien Auto Group, is looking to hire a Parts Driver/Service Valet for the Parts and Service Department. As a key player in the O'Brien Auto Group, you will be the ultimate multi-tasker—serving as the first friendly face our service customers see and the reliable driver keeping our parts department running smoothly.
This position pays $18.00 per hour.

What You'll Do (The Fun Stuff)
- Roll Out the Red Carpet: Greet our amazing Audi guests with energy, assist them with loaner cars, and keep the service drive flowing seamlessly.
- Handle the Fleet: Safely park, retrieve, and shuttle stunning luxury vehicles around our state-of-the-art facility.
- Keep It Gleaming: Prep vehicles by running them through our car wash system, giving them a quick interior wipe-down, and ensuring they look top-tier for our clients.
- Hit the Road: Hop in our dedicated transport vehicles to deliver and pick up critical automotive parts from local vendors and partners around the Wilsonville area.
- Delivery of all wholesale parts.
- Assist in putting away all stock orders.
- Maintain parts van (keep clean, let manager know when service is needed).
- Departmental clean up daily.
- Assist in removal of scrap warranty parts.
- Assist in removal of all damage parts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
- Regular attendance is essential.
- Work in cooperative, positive & professional manner with all personnel in the company.
- Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner. Maintain professional demeanor while at work.
- Must conform to company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment.
Equipment/Machines/Tools Typically Used: Computer, calculator, phone, adding machine, copy machine, pens/pencils, stapler, scissors, letter opener and fax machine.
Chemicals: Numerous chemicals are used/handled on a frequent basis. Employee will be trained by their supervisor on the safe handling/use of these substances. Employee will follow all safety directives at all times.
Physical Demands: Intermittent standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling and crouching. Frequent twisting and turning of the trunk, reaching, handling or objects, lifting of 100 lbs or less and carrying of 50 lbs or less, occasional pushing, pulling, climbing and balancing.
