Team Lead, Assembler

## Position Summary

Supports manufacturing functions to produce medical devices in a FDA regulated and production/controlled environment. Provides support to Supervisor and department employees to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements.

Shift Hours: Sunday - Thursday & 10:00pm – 6:00am
Pay: $20.65 - $26.97 + Shift differential of $0.75

## What you will do as a Team Leader

•    Performs Time Studies
•    Completes OEE reports (Overall Line Efficiency) 
•    Performs Initial shop floor and Safety Orientation for temporary workers.
•    May cover other Team Leaders when the Team Leaders are on meetings or out on PTO
•    Brings in work orders and disburse parts on the line / assemblers
•    Continuously looks over the line for efficiency and quality
•    Works the line when an assembler leaves the line
•    Helps Maintain 6S (Organizational, Safety and Quality Standards) on the line.
•    Responsible for updating the Hour by Hour Manufacturing Execution Boards.
•    Fill out Materials Requisitions
•    Fill out Return to stock
•    Fill out Non-conforming material report form
•    Empty trash
•    Coordinates Cleaning of the work area daily 
•    Clean totes & tubs
•    Sweep and mop
•    May be asked to perform other tasks as required

## The Experience, Skills, and Abilities

Required:
•    High School Diploma or GED
•    Must be able to assemble parts for an 8-hour period and achieve production goals.
•    Must be a team player.
•    Able to do repetitive assembly operations in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred:
•    5+ years in a manufacturing setting strongly preferred
•    Previous team lead or equivalent experience strongly preferred

Other: 
•    Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs.
•    Must be able to walk up to 45% of the time.

Pay range for this opportunity is $20.65 - $26.97.  This position is eligible for bonus participation.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.  Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
