Are you a dependable, detail-oriented person who enjoys helping others and takes pride in a job well done? We're looking for a Night Auditor to join our team at the Holiday Inn Indianapolis Airport!
As our Night Auditor, you'll play an important role in keeping the hotel running smoothly overnight. You'll be responsible for welcoming guests, handling overnight front desk operations, and ensuring our daily financial records are accurate and ready for the next business day.
We're looking for someone who can work independently, think on their feet, and deliver excellent guest service—even when unexpected situations arise.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests during overnight hours.
- Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and respond to guest requests.
- Complete nightly audit procedures, verify transactions, and prepare daily reports.
- Reconcile payments, review guest accounts, and identify discrepancies.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with guest questions or concerns.
- Monitor hotel activity and follow established safety and security procedures.
- Communicate important overnight updates to the morning team and management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.

- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
