About this role
The Physical Therapist Assistant provides direct therapy procedures and interventions under the General/Direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist based on placement of service. This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION:
- Associate's Degree from an accredited school or university Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy Assistant license
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
- PTA (Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant) OR Temporary PTA (Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
