We are currently hiring an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for our LA location. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Whether you’re an experienced injector or a licensed NP/PA with laser or aesthetics experience who wants to grow into injectables, we’d love to hear from you. We provide hands-on training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Perform good faith exams (GFEs) and patient consultations, and provide medical oversight for aesthetic treatments within your scope of practice

- Administer cosmetic injectables, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators (training provided for those newer to injectables)

- Perform laser and other aesthetic treatments

- Maintain accurate documentation of patients’ needs, preferences, and services provided in all medical records

- Commit to ongoing education and training, and stay current with industry developments

- Maintain a high level of professionalism with patients, pharmaceutical reps, and staff

- Collaborate with healthcare and administrative team members to deliver comprehensive patient care

- Abide by all state laws and regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and safety

- Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policy

- Conduct treatment room inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization, and help manage inventory

Requirements

- Active California NP or PA license

- Experience in aesthetics, laser treatments, or injectables preferred; we will train motivated candidates looking to build their injectables skill set

- Strong patient service orientation and a desire to deliver best-in-class outcomes

- Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is strongly preferred

- Fluency in Korean or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred so you can communicate with our patients in their preferred language

Compensation & Benefits

- $55–$80/hour, depending on experience and license

- Full-time and part-time schedules available

- Continued hands-on training in aesthetic procedures
