We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Conveniently located near Hilton Head, Savannah, and Beaufort, Belfair offers more than a workplace—its a destination. With two Food & Beverage outlets, including our newly renovated Bistro, we are seeking enthusiastic, service-driven Full-Time and Part-Time Servers to join our exceptional team.

Overview
As a Server at Belfair, you will play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences through attentive, personalized service. The ideal candidate is personable, energetic, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience.

- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations on food and beverage selections.

- Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.

- Demonstrate knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and service standards.

- Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring orders are accurate and properly presented.

- Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to requests.

- Maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining areas.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

- Participate in pre-shift briefings and departmental meetings.

- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service.

- Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental operations.

Qualifications

- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.

- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

- Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service.

- Alcohol server certification required within 30 days of hire for associates serving alcohol; certification costs covered by Belfair.
