Pay

- $19.25/hour – weekday day and evening shifts

- $21.25/hour – weekend and overnight shifts

- +$0.25/hour technology incentive

- Same Day Pay available

- Most shifts are 4, 8 or 12 hours

What Youll Do

Every client is different, but your day may include:

- Providing companionship and support

- Helping with personal care and daily activities

- Preparing meals and light housekeeping

- Assisting with medications as trained and permitted

- Helping clients safely move or transfer

- Supporting clients with Alzheimers or dementia

- Following the care plan and communicating changes or concerns

Care may be provided in a clients home or in an assisted or independent living community.

What Youll Need

Reliable transportation is required. Our Caregivers serve clients throughout Lake Oswego, West Portland and Downtown Portland , so youll need to be able to reliably travel throughout these areas.

Youll also need to:

- Be dependable and able to work your scheduled shifts

- Communicate effectively with clients, families and coworkers

- Successfully complete required criminal background checks

- Pass a pre-employment drug screening (we do not test for marijuana)

- Be able to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds

Experience with Alzheimers, dementia, medication assistance or professional caregiving is helpful, but not required.
