Buffet Attendant
Serve guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests in addition to stocking, replenishing and maintaining the Buffets. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the DUO Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
What You Will Do
• Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations.
• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
What You Will Bring
• Minimum one year food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to monitor the buffet for replenishment.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card
• Tuberculosis Clearance
What To Expect
• Casual schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• This is a physically active role.
