- Evaluate emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Agentic AI solutions, process intelligence platforms and workflow automation tools to determine how they can solve real business problems
- Lead the development of an AI proof-of-concept, helping define requirements, coordinate governance and approvals, align stakeholders, and prepare the solution for production deployment
- Design and deliver training, workshops and executive briefings that build divisional capabilities in process optimization, AI adoption, and transformation leadership
- Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to move seamlessly between strategic and tactical work, whether facilitating an executive discussion on AI transformation priorities, developing a business case for a divisional initiative, evaluating emerging technologies, or coordinating stakeholders to move an idea into execution.

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making across organizational boundaries
- Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional AI initiatives, automation programs, innovation portfolios or large-scale transformation efforts
