About this role
Lead and coordinate the technical maintenance team during the shift to ensure maximum operational availability (Technical Uptime) of the assembly lines. Responsible for immediate response to unscheduled downtime, disciplined execution of the preventive and predictive maintenance plan (TPM / MOS), strict compliance with electrical safety and energy isolation standards (LOTO / ZES), and the stewardship of plant assets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3 to 5+ years in industrial maintenance on the automotive shop floor.
- English proficiency: B2–C1–C2.
