Villa Restaurant Group is seeking passionate, reliable, and hardworking Line Cooks to join our 4 Rivers Smokehouse team at Orlando International Airport!

As a Line Cook , you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while maintaining consistent food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain proper food temperatures, portions, and quality.
- Set up, stock, and maintain assigned kitchen stations.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Assist with food preparation, inventory rotation, and storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
- Work efficiently to meet service demands during peak business hours.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic kitchen equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform essential kitchen duties.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Ability to meet applicable airport employment and security requirements.
