【部署の説明】
エヌエヌ生命は、データとアナリティクスを活用して従業員がより大きな成果を生み出せる組織づくりを推進しています。データ＆アナリティクス部門は、データエンジニアリング、データ移行、データガバナンス、データアーキテクチャおよびドキュメント整備を通じ、事業変革を支援します。
【職務内容】
・データシステムの確認、改善候補の整理・文書化を支援
・シニアメンバーの指導のもと、データモデル、マッピング、メタデータ、データ辞書を作成・更新
・AzureベースのデータプラットフォームでLanding／Staging／Refined各層のデータ準備を実施
・データ移行・MDMプロジェクトで、マッピング、クレンジング、照合、検証を実施
・検証エビデンス、監査証跡、課題管理表、品質管理資料を作成
・Databricks、Informatica、Python等を用いたETL/ELT処理の開発、テスト、監視を支援
・メタデータ、データカタログ、データ品質記録、MDM資料、データ共有ガイドラインを整備・更新
・ビジネス部門、IT部門、外部ベンダーと連携し、データ課題を調査・解決
・生成AI等を活用し、技術・業務文書を分類、要約、構造化し、正確性と機密性を確認

【経験・資格】
＜Must＞
・データエンジニアリング、分析、データベース開発、データ管理の基礎知識または実務経験
・リレーショナルデータベース、SQL、データモデリング、ETL/ELTの基本的な理解
・Python等、少なくとも1つのプログラミング／スクリプト言語のハンズオン経験
・技術・業務文書の整理、維持、改善経験
・生成AI等を用いた文書の要約、分類、検索、構造化経験
・実務を通じて学び、担当作業に主体的に取り組む姿勢
・日本語・英語での業務上の読み書きと基本的なコミュニケーション能力

NN Life Japan is committed to empowering employees with data and analytics to accomplish more. The Data & Analytics Division supports business transformation through data engineering, data migration, data governance, data architecture, and documentation.
【Job Description】
• Assist in reviewing data systems and documenting improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain data models, mappings, metadata, and data dictionaries under senior guidance.
• Perform data preparation across Landing, Staging, and Refined zones on Azure-based data platforms.
• Execute mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation for data migration and MDM projects.
• Prepare validation evidence, audit trails, issue logs, and quality-control documentation.
• Support the development, testing, and monitoring of ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Informatica, Python, and similar tools.
• Maintain metadata, data catalogs, data quality records, MDM documentation, and data-sharing guidelines.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, IT teams, and vendors to investigate and resolve data issues.
• Use generative AI and other AI tools to classify, summarize, structure, and maintain technical and business documents while checking accuracy and confidentiality.

Learn data modeling, migration, ETL/ELT, governance, and documentation through hands-on delivery while working closely with experienced data engineers and architects and receiving guidance from senior team members.

【Qualification (Experience/ Certification)】
＜Must＞
• Foundational knowledge or practical experience in data engineering, analytics, database development, or data management.
• Basic understanding of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT concepts.
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming or scripting language, preferably Python.
• Experience organizing, maintaining, or improving technical and business documentation.
• Experience using generative AI or other AI tools to summarize, classify, search, or structure documents.
• Strong willingness to learn through hands-on work and take initiative on assigned tasks.
• Effective business-level reading, writing, and basic communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Collaborative mindset, respect for others, and attention to detail.
＜Want＞
• Exposure to Azure, Databricks, Informatica, or other ETL/ELT and cloud data tools.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, or similar tools for collaboration and AI-assisted document management.
• Knowledge of Fivetran.
