Your Day-to-Day
- Maintain BAU operations for strategic commercial projects, alignment on project roadmaps, and end-to-end tracking of action items.
- Liaise with internal business units and tech teams (Product, Engineering, Data) to align project scope, expectations, and timelines.
- Collect, clean, and analyze project data to measure outcome metrics. Monitor KPIs proactively to flag risks or performance gaps early.
- Design and maintain project tracking dashboards; deliver regular status reports to leadership.
- Assist cross-functional teams in strategic planning and execution.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline.
- 0–2 years in project management/coordination, business operations, or commercial analysis (relevant internships accepted).
- Advanced Google Sheets & Excel skills ( XLOOKUP , INDEX-MATCH , SUMIFS , Pivot Tables). Comfortable working with tech-enabled, data-driven processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and structured problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Management consulting background, commercial project exposure, or prior experience collaborating with Product/Engineering/Data teams.
