About this role
- Liaise with veterinarians and clinic teams on day-to-day operational and clinical communication
- Prepare, organize, and send documents (SOPs, protocols, reports, training materials) to relevant stakeholders
- Research and compile clinical information and literature to support quality and training initiatives
- Manage email correspondence on behalf of the team, including follow-ups and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in drafting and formatting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and clinical protocols
- Review documents, forms, and clinical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Support ad hoc projects related to clinical quality, training rollouts, and process standardization
