Junior Executive – Production (Ekala)

The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products and other food products categories & solutions under the “Elephant House” and “Keells Krest” brands.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing daily production processes during the shift.
- Managing quality systems and other related documentation.
- Managing labour and production efficiencies.
- Ensure timely production confirmation and material reservation in SAP and maintain daily production reports.
- Maintaining minimum stock variances in production processes.
- Maintaining the operation of dry products.
Person Specifications
- B.Sc in Food Science technology, agriculture or similar
- 1-year experience in FMCG industry
- Knowledge in MS office including MS Word and MS Excel
