期待你具备的技能&胜任力 • 本科或以上学历，自动化，计算机，电气工程等相关专业 • 5年以上的变频器产品开发经验, 了解变频器在工业领域的应用 • 熟悉工业产品软件设计，有至少2年软件架构经验 • 了解功率电子的硬件架构 • 具备软件建模能力和系统建模能力 • 具备AI思维，有运用AI辅助开发的能力 • 英文读写能力和基本口语沟通能力 • 良好的逻辑分析能力 • 良好的沟通协作能力 • 积极主动，具备成长型思维

Mission of Function As an advanced technical generalist within drive domain, the System Architect plays a pivotal and strategic role in defining, evolving, and maintaining robust product architectures while ensuring seamless consistency and compatibility across the entire product family and platform. This position entails comprehensive technical oversight, ranging from conducting rigorous feasibility analyses and multi-dimensional evaluations to enforcing strict interface control and managing complex, system-wide technical changes. Operating as a central technical coordinator and bridge, the role commands a high degree of internal and external visibility across the organization, actively engaging with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and industry partners. Backed by an international collaboration network and a broad global perspective, the System Architect not only drives technological excellence and innovation but also shapes the long-term architectural roadmap for next-generation drive systems.
You will make impact in: • Defines and maintains system architecture on product level • Requirement engineering, clarifies feasibility, evaluates the boundary • System level modeling by e,.g SysML • Defines reuse strategies, creates reusable components • Defines relevant quality attributes (e.g. performance, safety, security, compatibility, etc) • Management of technical debt • Coaching and governing the realization • Solving all upcoming technical issues with concept impact
The desired skills and competence: • At least 5 years development experience in inverter product • Familiar with industry SW design, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in SW architecture • Understanding of power electronics HW architecture • Understanding of inverter applications in the industrial area • Proficiency in SW and System modeling capabilities • Possess an AI mindset, with the ability to utilize AI-assisted development • Bachelor degree or above in relevant disciplines, including automation, computer science or electronics engineering, etc • Fluent in English with speaking and writing • Good in situation analysis • Good coordination and communication skills • Initiative and open-minded
