About this role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event and Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and post-event analysis for a variety of events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, project coordination, and team collaboration.
Your New Role:
- Plan and manage events, including venues booking, developing event timelines, secure permits and insurance, coordinating with artists, producers and vendors
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate marketing and promotion plan , manage ticket sales and sponsorships
- Event execution to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage event budgets, P&L and resources effectively
What makes you succeed:
- Degree in Event / Project Management, Communication, Entertainment Management or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in event management, concert promotion or music industry roles
- Familiarity with touring logistics, operation and live production
- Strong team management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Enthusiasm for music genres related to the events being organized
- Comfort using modern AI-assisted tools for research , drafting, analysis, translation and workflow efficiency
- Detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
