Your role
Responsible to performed the site's shipping
administration tasks, ensuring the smooth movement of goods while fully
complying with and enforcing the relevant occupational health and safety,
safety and environmental regulations.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Timely fulfillment of Shipping
requests
- Full Shipping administration
- Systematization and archiving of Shipping documents
- Summary of daily vehicle requests based on the needs
- Continuous contact with transportation companies
- Tracking, status reports
- Fulfill Export Control
tasks in regard to Shipping
- Participate in complaints in regard to Shipping
- Cooperation with other sites (IFAG, IFBHU, IFBIP, etc )
Your profile
As a Supply Chain, you will
need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to work with stakeholders, including transportation companies and other
sites. You will also need to be organized and detail-oriented, with a strong
focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Higher
education level , logistics specialization is an advantage
- Native Hungarian language and i ntermediate English language
- Experience
in Logistics is an advantage
- Clean
record
