KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain yarn stock details and other required information on weekly basis.
- Prepare the weekly yarn stock report and share it with Management.
- Complete yarn sub ‐ allocations on a daily basis.
- Handle all yarn ‐ related manual workings and raise monthly mini ‐ bulk requests based on the Merchants’ requirements and instructions.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Business Statistics, Data Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of database management, with Advanced MS Excel and Proficiency in MS Office
- Process improvement mindset with strong data analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills with good written and spoken English skills.
- Experience with database performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
