At Rockland Trust, you'll do more than observe. You'll become a valued member of our Customer Information Center team, solving problems, building relationships, and helping customers navigate their financial journeys.

Summer Intern - Customer Information Center (Call Center)

Rockland Trust is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Summer Interns to join our Customer Information Center (Call Center) team.

Work Locations: Brockton, Franklin, Lowell, or Plymouth, MA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Work Arrangement: In-office

What You'll Do

As a Summer Intern, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while learning the ins and outs of retail banking and financial services.

Responsibilities include:

- Assist customers with questions related to banking products, services, online banking, loans, checking accounts, and more.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-focused customer service.
- Help identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate banking solutions.
- Build confidence navigating customer conversations and resolving inquiries.
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to support customer and business needs.
- Participate in community outreach and volunteer activities that reflect Rockland Trust's commitment to giving back.
- Contribute to collaborative summer intern projects alongside fellow interns.

What We're Looking For

- Rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Interest in banking, finance, or customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service mindset with a desire to help others.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Effective organization and time-management skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
