Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale digital experience platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AEM Sites, Components, Templates, Workflows, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and integration with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The role requires collaboration with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver scalable and high-performing web solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service .
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Familiarity with Headless CMS architecture.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and API-first development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in AEM development.
- Strong understanding of enterprise content management systems.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience with eCommerce and Retail platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
