Lead Engagements to deliver following work:
Qualification: CA/CPA/ACCA Experience: 7+years of relevant experience in Private equity/ Hedge funds operations.
Candidates to have experience on:
‒Experience in Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Real estate funds accounting and financial reporting. ‒Must have experience of ASC 946, financial reporting (US GAAP/IFRS), SEC reporting and financial statements preparation for financial services sector. ‒Product Experience: OTCs, derivatives, TBAs, equity, FI, swaps, loan product experience. ‒Experience into Corporate Action processing, Trade Operations, or NAV in ETF/MF/Hedge Funds. ‒Prior experience team handling and reviewer role. ‒Experience of Altryx, Workiva, Blackline, Tableau and other SAP is preferred
-Experience of Fund accounting applications such as Investran, InvestAI, or Geneva is preferred.
