Position: AI Solutions Analyst– Business Transformation
Summary
Bridge between business and IT, who also builds and deploys AI assistants and copilots end-to-end, from requirements to adoption.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, identify process improvements and AI use cases with business stakeholders.
- Design, build and deploy copilots, chatbots and GenAI apps (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Claude).
- Build RAG solutions on enterprise knowledge sources.
- Integrate assistants with Teams, M365, SharePoint, SAP, ServiceNow or Jira.
- Optimise prompts and workflows, monitor quality, apply Responsible AI practices.
- Support PoCs, rollout, user adoption and continuous improvement.
Must have
- 3–5 years in business analysis, digital solutions or AI delivery.
- 1–2 years hands-on with GenAI / LLM applications.
- At least 2 AI bots or copilots delivered to production by yourself.
- Practical RAG experience (vector search, enterprise data).
- Cloud exposure (Azure preferred) and good Python or low-code skills.
- Strong stakeholder communication in English.
- Experience with LangChain, Claude Code or Azure AI Foundry.
- Knowledge of SAP or ServiceNow integration.
- Basic ML or MLOps/CI/CD understanding.
- Operations or manufacturing domain knowledge.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT or a related field.
