Acting as a key point of control on site, you’ll ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards while leading a small team of logistics and security personnel.Key responsibilities include:Oversee all site logistics including delivery scheduling, traffic management, and material storageLead on-site health & safety coordination, CDM compliance, RAMS review, and incident reportingAct as Lead Fire Coordinator, managing emergency procedures and fire equipment complianceManage site security, access control, gate operations, and CCTV monitoringImplement and monitor the Site Waste Management Plan and environmental complianceSupervise logistics operatives, traffic marshals, and security staffWork closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflowAbout YouTo be considered for the role of Senior Construction Site Logistics Manager you will need to demonstrate:SMSTS (essential)CSCS Black Card (or equivalent)Fire Coordinator certification (or equivalent)First Aid at Work (essential)NEBOSH or IOSH (desirable)Minimum 5+ years’ experience in construction logistics on large UK projectsStrong knowledge of H&S legislation, CDM Regulations, and site complianceExcellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple moving partsConfident communicator and effective team leaderHow to ApplySo, if your skill set matches the above and the prospect of helping deliver some of the country’s finest projects appeals to you, please reach out by clicking Apply.Your application will be processed by Size Group, and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis as suitable candidates apply.
