WHERE YOU'LL LIVE, WORK, AND PLAY:

Clearwater, Florida is a sun-soaked Gulf Coast gem known for its strikingly clear turquoise waters and white-sand beaches — most notably Clearwater Beach, consistently ranked among the best beaches in the United States. The city offers an active, outdoor-forward lifestyle with year-round boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing right at your doorstep, along with easy access to dozens of parks and nature preserves throughout the region.

As part of the greater Tampa Bay area, Clearwater residents enjoy all the cultural amenities of a major metro while living at a more relaxed pace. The region is home to professional sports teams including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Rays, and Lightning, as well as a thriving restaurant scene, live music venues, and world-class attractions like the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Spring training baseball brings added energy each year, with the Philadelphia Phillies calling nearby Spectrum Field home.

Beyond the beach, Clearwater and the surrounding Tampa Bay area are experiencing exciting growth across the arts, tech, and culinary sectors. With a relatively affordable cost of living compared to other Florida metros, no state income tax, and a warm climate virtually year-round, Clearwater is a place where your career and your quality of life can both flourish.
