Shift Details: Night shift 1930-0700 Holidays: Rotation Weekends: Position is every other weekend but able to spread weekends out

Job Summary:
Manages and coordinates activities in collaboration with departmental leadership to maintain continuity of patient care. Responsible and accountable for all aspects of Hospital operations in the absence of Executive, Administrative and Departmental leadership. O ther duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in which leadership competence has been demonstrated is required. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: None. EDUCATION REQUIRED: Degree in Nursing (Baccalaureate or Graduate) is required. If in position as of December 1, 2012, this educational requirement will be waived. EDUCATION PREFERRED: Graduate Degree (Nursing or Related Field) is preferred. TRAINING REQUIRED: None. TRAINING PREFERRED: None. SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: None. SPECIAL SKILLS PREFERRED: None. LICENSURE REQUIRED: Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire. LICENSURE PREFERRED: American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
