Job Summary
The Jr. Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting the development and improvement of products and processes by ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This includes analyzing test results and assisting in product development activities.
This job profile is intended for early-career professionals who apply broad theoretical knowledge and require the ability to investigate and analyse problems. Solutions are typically discussed/verified with a more senior member.
Key Responsibilities Assist in analyzing quality and safety test results. Support product and process development initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Monitor development outcomes and report findings. Participate in technical presentations and documentation. Skills & Qualifications Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role. Required Skills: Basic understanding of quality engineering principles. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork. Familiarity with testing and documentation tools. Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment.
