Labcorp is seeking a Data Programmer, Data Programming , to join our team at Brigade Twin Tower in Bengaluru.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead data management during start up.
- Act as a data liaison between Clinical Data Management and all other Labcorp departments and business units.
- Manage all client queries.
- Assist in identification and initiation of process improvement activities.
- Create standard data transfer format(s) in compliance with client requests while adhering to both internal processes and regulatory standards.
- Provide ongoing data management support during study maintenance.
- Ensure uninterrupted client service.
- Record data transfer activities and maintain protocol portfolios as required to track workload and productivity.
- Work in collaboration with Clinical Data Manager personnel to assist in day to day activities as assigned.
- Mentoring of new hires.
- Quality review of team work for simple to moderate tasks.
- Triage responsibilities for work assessment and work allocation.
- Ability to support as an SME for training requirements.
- Assisting the SME and manager in preparation and maintenance of metrics for the entire team.
- Represent team in department level meetings

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Technology

3 years of experience in the clinical trials process and pharmaceutical industry.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Life Science

1 year of experience in programming languages and tools such as SQL and Informatica.
