About the role

As our Head of Passion, Music, you'll define and lead the LEGO® Group's music portfolio and business, helping shape its long-term strategic agenda. ·    Translated consumer, cultural and music trends into products, experiences and campaigns for youth audiences.

·    Owned P&L accountability and business performance for a global portfolio or category.

·    Built partnerships across the music ecosystem, including artists, labels, management companies or platforms.

·    Delivered culture or youth marketing campaigns using shared, earned and owned media.

·    Led global product, marketing and commercial initiatives across design, entertainment, partnerships, brand development, digital channels, licensing and market teams.

Preferred Qualifications

·    Led integrated product development, marketing and commercial initiatives at senior level.

·    Held P&L responsibility with accountability for business results.

·    Created integrated product and marketing programmes informed by youth culture, fandoms and global consumer trends.

What you'll build

·    Define the product strategy, long-term music product vision and growth roadmap.

·    Identify opportunities across products, experiences, partnerships, content, licensing and emerging platforms.

·    Lead the music portfolio from opportunity identification through launch and lifecycle management.

·    Shape consumer propositions and campaigns that connect with music audiences globally.

·    Build relationships across the music ecosystem and strengthen cultural relevance with older kids, especially girls, teens and emerging audiences.

If you've worked where culture, brand building, product innovation and commercial performance meet, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is turning music-industry experience and audience insight into an enduring business platform.

Life on the team

You'll join Product and Marketing Development, where global Product Groups shape portfolios, consumer strategies and commercial ambitions. Collaboration is central to this role. You'll work across LEGO Design, Entertainment & Partnerships, Our LEGO Agency, Global Brand Development, Digital Channels, Outbound Licensing, Product Groups and Markets & Channels. You'll navigate a complex global stakeholder group, bring different perspectives together and feel comfortable presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders. Curiosity and a willingness to explore different routes before narrowing the choices will help you thrive here.

What success looks like

You'll establish music as a growth platform for the LEGO Group, strengthening business performance, brand relevance and cultural resonance. Success means creating an enduring music portfolio that engages new generations, especially older girls and teens, while building alignment across the teams that shape products, experiences, partnerships and consumer connections.
