You’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from initial specifications and design through manufacture, installation and commissioning to final production handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required technical and quality standards.Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who brings:A degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in project engineering.Proven experience delivering complex industrial engineering projects, including equipment, machinery or manufacturing systems from design through to commissioning and handover.Strong project management, technical problem-solving and risk management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.Fluency in German, Dutch or Swedish, together with a strong command of English.Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across Europe, up to 75% during peak project periods.What’s In It for YouCareer progression opportunities within a global organisation.Exposure to international engineering projects and advanced industrial technologies.A supportive, inclusive culture where your development matters.The opportunity to take ownership of major projects and help shape the next chapter of our business.Competitive salary and benefits package.Ready to Apply?If you’re ready to join Bodycote and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
