Position Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrical Apprentice to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. This position is ideal for someone with very little to no electrical experience who is interested in learning the electrical trade.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced electricians, assisting with residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance, including high-end residential construction, remodeling, and electrical service.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, eager to learn, and willing to develop their skills through hands-on training.

Responsibilities
• Assist experienced electricians with residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Support electrical work for high-end residential construction, remodeling, and renovation projects.
• Assist with installing wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.
• Learn basic electrical troubleshooting and service procedures.
• Learn to read and understand electrical blueprints and diagrams.
• Use hand and power tools under the supervision of experienced electricians.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help with loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials.
• Work closely with electricians and other trades on job sites.
• Participate in hands-on training to develop electrical knowledge and skills.

Requirements
• Very little to no electrical experience required.
• Interest in learning residential electrical construction, remodeling, and service.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic familiarity with hand and power tools preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor, lift materials, and work in various job-site conditions.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
