Pay: $14.50–$15.00/hour, plus credit for experience

Location: Tarina of Cypresswood – Saga Senior Living, Spring, TX (in person)

Shifts Available

- Part-time: Sunday and Monday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Full-time: Friday through Monday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

About the Role
Tarina of Cypresswood, part of the Saga Senior Living family, is hiring experienced Resident Care Assistants (caregivers) for part-time morning and full-time evening shifts. You’ll give residents personal, hands-on care with dignity and respect, working closely with our nursing staff and residents’ families. Most applicants hear back within 48 hours.

What You’ll Do

- Give residents attentive, personal care with daily routines such as bathing and hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Keep the environment safe and comfortable while encouraging independence and protecting each resident’s dignity
- Watch for changes in residents’ health or behavior and report them, chart care accurately, and work with nursing staff and families
- Give extra support to residents with higher care needs, including memory care, using a calm, patient approach that supports their engagement and emotional well-being

What You’ll Need

- At least 2 years of senior caregiving experience, such as assisted living, memory care, home health, or long-term care (required)
- Availability for your chosen schedule: Sunday and Monday 7 AM–1 PM, or Friday through Monday 2 PM–10 PM
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
- Must be at least 18 years old
