About this role
Position Summary: The position is responsible for following policies and procedures according to established Imaging Services guidelines. Delivers quality customer service, and effectively utilizes resources. Identifies opportunities to improve patient safety, and participates in projects and programs designed to reduce error and improve safety. This position reports to the MR Supervisor.
Experience
Required: 0-3 years MR experience
Preferred: 3 years or greater MR experience
Preferred: Cardiac MR experience.
Education
Required: Craft or technical school of up to 2 years duration
License and Credentials
- Required: ARRT(MR), CPR/BLS Certification,
- Preferred: MRSO
Skills
Must possess a thorough, working knowledge of MR exams and equipment.
Good organizational skills and time management, works well under pressure
Knowledge of total body cross-sectional anatomy and pathology
Excellent written/oral communication skills required.
Must be able to work effectively with a diverse group of people. Must be able to teach, coach and mentor staff.
- Ability to maintain patient and staff confidentiality at all times.
Hours: Full-time, 80 hours per pay period, (7:30a-4:00p M-F) ], no nights, no call, no holidays
The minimum starting rate for this position is $42.92
