About this role
The Business Analyst I is responsible for supporting key operational and financial processes, with primary ownership of payroll-related activities and additional responsibilities supporting billing, financial reporting, reconciliation, and operational controls.
This role works closely with Operations, Finance, Payroll, Billing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll information, proper billing support, data integrity, and effective financial tracking.
The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to identify discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and provide reliable financial and operational information to support business decisions.
