## This is What You’ll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and report to support IT Organizations
- Connect and integrate data from various sources, including databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications
- Create efficient data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather reporting requirements
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and governance
- Support dashboard deployment, security, and user adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform other duties as assigned

## This is What it Takes

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience developing business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solutions
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query
- Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification preferred
- Relevant business intelligence, data analytics, or cloud platform certification preferred

## Physical Requirements

- Position works in-office at the corporate location
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to use a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop as necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to focus and concentrate on tasks for extended periods
- Ability to navigate the office environment safely, including stairs and elevators (if applicable)
- Ability to travel up to 20% via airplane or vehicle (if applicable)
- Ability to use assistive devices if needed for mobility or communication
