Job Description

Ready to evolve your career where customer experience, data, and business transformation meet?

As a Customer Experience (CX) Portfolio Analyst, you'll bring customer insights to life by shaping complex challenges into clear, actionable CX opportunities.

You will sit within the enterprise Customer Experience Portfolio team, which turns customer, partner, and distributor friction into a prioritized, governed, and measurable improvement portfolio.

You will be at the front of that journey — helping us understand customer pain points, facilitating the workshops that get to their root cause, and translating them into clear areas for improvement that can be taken into execution.

You'll excel in this role if you're curious, collaborative, analytical, and excited about improving customer experiences.

You will report to the Leader, Customer Experience Strategy & Portfolio and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

Identify Customer and Business Opportunities:

- Structure customer, partner, and distributor pain points from voice-of-customer, journey work, and field, sales, and support feedback.
- Translate pain points into clear problem statements, opportunity areas, use cases, and high-level solution concepts.
- Facilitate opportunity discovery activities and brainstorming workshops with colleagues
- Help evaluate opportunities based on customer impact, effort, and business strategy and benefits.

Package outcomes for governance:

- Distil workshop content and analysis into crisp, presentable outcomes. These outcomes include opportunity briefs, readouts, and decks. Tell a clear story which connects customer friction to business outcome.

Support CX Portfolio Management:

- Help develop compelling CX improvement roadmaps, sequencing opportunities in a way leadership and execution teams can act on.
- Maintain visibility of opportunities and track opportunity status, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
- Support CX portfolio reporting, roadmap planning, and communications.

Coordinate Across Teams:

- Help connect framed CX opportunities to the right execution path. Partner with Digital Transformation, IT, and business teams to support CX opportunity intake and coordination.
- Partner with Service Design teams so that well-framed CX opportunities flow smoothly into detailed experience design.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

- Experience with improving customers experiences.
- A creative, practical approach to solving problems and turning ideas into action.
- The ability to bring clarity and structure to problems that are not yet fully defined.
- Enjoy working with different people, building relationships, and bringing people together.
- Proficiency in English, including writing, presenting, and facilitating discussions.
- Experience using Miro, Microsoft 365 and AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft CoPilot.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in customer experience, business analysis, service design, consulting, project coordination, or a related area.
- A bachelor's degree in business, service design, social sciences, engineering, or a related field.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

- Exposure to CX methodologies such as journey mapping, Voice of Customer (VoC), or design thinking.
- Understanding of project management, portfolio management, or continuous improvement practices.
- Experience in, or curiosity about, B2B, manufacturing, or industrial automation environments.
- Additional European language skills.

What We Offer:

- Medical Plan - Includes coverage for partners and children. Paid by Rockwell, subject to tax and social security contributions payable by you.
- Medicover Sport Program - Includes a sports card with weekly entries to sports, recreation and wellbeing facilities within the Medicover network.
- Pension Scheme - Participation in Employee Capital Plans (PPK), a voluntary long-term retirement savings program provided in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Life insurance - Group life insurance, including disability coverage. Paid by Rockwell, subject to tax and social security contributions payable by you.
- MyBenefit Platform - Access to a flexible benefits platform, with monthly points allocated by the employer.
- Lunch Card – Monthly meal vouchers through the Edenred card.
- OnTrack - A wellbeing platform that encourages movement and healthy habits.
- Employee Assistance Program - Access to personal coaching and resources to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing goals.

You may be just the right person for this or other roles.
