Position Summary
At Tropical Smoothie Cafe, located within the Will Rogers International Airport, we inspire a healthier lifestyle by serving delicious smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, and bowls in a fun and upbeat environment. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team and help create an exceptional guest experience. The Crew Member is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, preparing menu items according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness throughout the cafe, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. Successful candidates are dependable, friendly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
- Accurately take customer orders and process transactions.
- Prepare smoothies, food items, and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, kitchen, and prep areas.
- Stock and replenish ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
