We are currently seeking a Filtration Operator to join the Adell, WI team. The Filtration Operator runs filtration equipment efficiently and productively. When time allows, this role also uses its knowledge and skills to support other departments.

Pay: 26.50 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday 7pm-5am
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate Ultrafiltration, Reverse Osmosis, and Nanofiltration Equipment:
- Confirm that piping and equipment setup are correct before startup and meet quality requirements.
- Test production to meet internal customer requirements, including pH, solids, and temperature.
- Maintain and monitor equipment to maximize production.
- Direct products to the correct tanks or trucks by connecting and disconnecting hoses.
- Complete shutdown procedures.
Clean-in-Place System:
- Measure and mix chemicals safely.
- Operate and monitor the clean-in-place (CIP) system.
- Use the CIP system to clean tanks and hoses.
- Monitor tank inventory and help coordinate production.
- Help unload incoming trucks.
- Wash and sanitize all work areas.
- Perform routine maintenance.
- Work with management and maintenance staff and advise them about major repairs.
- Work safely and use all required safety equipment.
- Complete all administrative documents. Notify management promptly when supplies must be maintained.
- Complete other tasks needed to finish the job or requested by management.
Other:
- Train and serve as a backup in all areas of the Adell Actus Nutrition facility when time allows. This includes covering employee breaks, training, and other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years of previous manufacturing experience
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Proficient math skills.
- Possess problem-solving skills.
