Department: Outpatient Rehab
Status: Full Time (80 hours Biweekly)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hours fluctuate between 7am-5pm
Weekend Requirements: Rotating Weekends in Acute Care
General Summary
Provides physical therapy services at an entry to intermediate skills level to individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy and works collaboratively with interdisciplinary treatment team.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Bachelors Degree Required
Work Experience:
- Less than 1 year Relevant experience. Required
Licenses:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy. Upon Hire Required
