PrideStaff has partnered with an established national commercial distributor to hire a career-minded B2B Account Support Specialist. In this position, you will work directly with commercial clients, wholesale vendors, and regional service networks rather than dealing with standard retail customer service inquiries.
This role serves as the central operational bridge between commercial buyers, warehouse inventory, and delivery logistics. It is an ideal fit for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys resolving technical inquiries, managing high-volume order entry, and maintaining long-term business partnerships.
Core Responsibilities:
Act as the dedicated point of contact for established corporate and wholesale accounts via phone and email.
Navigate extensive product databases to verify catalog numbers, dimension compatibility, pricing tiers, and current warehouse stock.
Enter and track high-volume purchase orders, coordinating with shipping and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Facilitate commercial return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), warranty claims, and order adjustments accurately.
Maintain clean client records, logging communications, pricing exceptions, and order notes into enterprise CRM software.
Troubleshoot shipping delays and product availability bottlenecks proactively to maintain client satisfaction.
Candidate Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service, account management, or order processing experience in a business-to-business (B2B) or wholesale distribution setting.
Proven ability to learn technical product catalogs, specification charts, and inventory databases quickly.
Strong computer proficiency, including hands-on experience with CRM/ERP software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for corporate client communication.
Dependable work ethic with reliable transportation to an on-site corporate office in the Carillon area.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
