POSITION SUMMARY

As a Driver Recruiting Processor youll be working alongside the Driver Recruiters, processing their applications, requestions verifications, and maintaining driver qualification files.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Converse with drivers by telephone or in person to provide & collect information.

- Keep accurate records of all driver qualification files.

- Routinely audit driver qualification files.

- Process driver applications efficiently and accurately.

- Coordinate appointments for drivers regarding DOT drug & alcohol tests and DOT functionals.

- Recommend improvements to support preventative measures.

- Converse with Risk and Compliance departments to maintain accurate data.

- Book travel for drivers as needed.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; required

Experience:

- 1+ years of relatable experience; preferred

Computer Skills:

- AS400 experience; a plus

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; preferred

Essential Skills:

- Ability to tolerate high stress situation.

- Proactive mindset and strong personal accountability.

- Strong attention to details and record keeping.

- Able to work professionally with diverse group of people internally and externally.

- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
